Screening
I hold our privacy in the highest regard. I will protect your personal information with integrity and discretion. Thank you for your willingness and trust to provide this information for my safety. Please fill out the form below and I will respond with a request for the following requirements:
Full Name
Photo ID (govt. issued, valid, showing name/photo/birthdate)
Selfie holding your ID (with name/photo clearly visible)
Work Verification or Online Profile or Provider References
Phone number or email you will be using for communication with me (I will never call/text or email without your expressed consent)
Rates
Initial Introduction: $1,000/1.5 hours
A meeting at a coffee shop or similar; gives us an opportunity to check the chemistry, develop rapport, and build the anticipation. This is a requirement of all new clients. (I know this requirement can be complicated for those who are visiting with short time frames or availability; let me know your travel schedule and I will do my best to accommodate within my comfort and safety parameters.)
Private First Meeting: $2,500/3 hours
After an Initial Introduction meeting has been achieved and we've established a comfortable connection, a Private First Meeting can be scheduled. You may host our private time at a hotel, private residence or other approved location. If you prefer that I host, I will make the arrangements for a hotel room (additional charge of $200).
First Excursion: $5,000/6 hours
If you prefer to spend more time together so that we may enjoy each others' company unhurried and uninhibited, this would be the option for you. Time for dining and/or a social excursion is required (see my bio for fun ideas!). You may host our private time at a hotel, private residence, or other approved location. If you prefer that I host, I will make the arrangements for a hotel room (additional charge of $200).
Extended Meetings, Overnights, Fly-Me-To-You:
These options have many variables and considerations, please contact me to discuss details. An Initial Introduction is still a requirement for new clients.
*Same day appointments are subject to availability, and will incur an additional $200 charge. All prior screening requirements still apply.
Return Clients
I value loyalty and long term relationships, and so returning clients will receive priority scheduling, personal contact for booking, and other VIP amenities. In addition, the following rates will apply.
Repeat Meeting: $2,000/3 hours
Repeat Excursion: $4,000/6 hours
Deposits & Rescheduling
A deposit is required to secure your booking appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future meeting (within 6 months) if either of us needs to reschedule with proper notice.
To reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hrs notice. I do understand that certain circumstances may prevent appropriate notice (sudden illness, travel delays, etc.) however in these unfortunate instances I will be unable to apply your deposit to a future appointment unless I am able to fill your appointment slot.
Should I need to reschedule for any reason and at anytime, I will apply your deposit to a future appointment and I will waive any additional charges (same day, me hosting) which your appointment would otherwise be subject to.
